One of the responsibilities of The S.A.Q.F. Board of Directors is  to share information regarding decision making,fianances and of course elections to our Membership.<\/div>\n\n\n\n
Below is the timeline of the Nomination Process, who was nominated for positions and if they accepted or rejected the position.<\/div>\n\n\n\n

The board was apprised of the process and was copied on all email requesting input.  It was briefed at the March meeting and in accordance with our bylaws.  Most board members and members did not copy all on replies back to me.<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Nominations, acceptance and seconds.  All were done on the timeline from our March meeting below except seconds were completed in one day<\/span><\/span>.<\/div>\n

  • 19 Mar Email to all Members Requesting Nominations\n

    • Members Can Nominate 1 Per Office & add Offices<\/li>\n
    • Members May Nominate Themselves<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
    • 30 Mar Nominations Close<\/li>\n
    • 6 Apr Nominations Must be Accepted or Rejected<\/li>\n
    • 7 Apr List of Accepted Nominations Provided to all for Second<\/li>\n
    • 13 Apr<\/span><\/span> Period for Seconds Close<\/li>\n
    • 16 Apr<\/span><\/span> Ballot Out<\/li>\n
    • 30 Apr<\/span><\/span> Ballot Closed – Results Sent to all Members<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
