Highway Clean up.<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n

We need volunteers to assist with our highway cleanup scheduled 7:30<\/span><\/span> next Sat 14 Apr.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0 We will meet at the intersection of Highway 82 and Hog Canyon Road.\u00a0 It should take about 1 hour and then the chapter will pick up breakfast for volunteers at the monthly Sonoita Fire Station breakfast in Sonoita.\u00a0 We need a total of 7-8 people.\u00a0 Please bring gloves and wear long sleeve shirts and pants – water, bags, vests and pickup sticks will be provided.\u00a0 Our highway cleanup is important to keep public access to Hog and Adobe Canyons open from highway 82. \u00a0Please email me if you can attend.<\/p>\n

Chapter Officer Elections.<\/strong>\u00a0 <\/span><\/div>\n

The following individuals have volunteered and been nominated and seconded to serve as SAQF officers.\u00a0 I had previously indicated I did not plan to run for president again but we did not have another volunteer.\u00a0 It is exciting to have several new folks stepping up to help out with the chapter.\u00a0 As none of these positions have multiple candidates (there is no limit to at-large officers), I am requesting a simple email response of yes or no from current members to approve this slate of candidates by 20 Apr.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
